Clive Perchard - Double Bass & Vocals
Clive was a founder member of The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo along with Wayne when they formed the band in October 2000 and played their first session on Beach Radio. Clive's former bands were the legendary 'Stage Frite' playing the psychobilly circuit in the 1980's and later on in The East Coast Bluegrass Band and Dawg House. Clive has had to give up his duties on Double Bass because of his new employment working on the Norfolk Broads which stops him being available at the weekends. We wish Clive all the best in his new job and he will be sorely missed from the band.

Neil Thomas - Washboard & Vocals
Neil joined the band in the Autumn of 2002 playing washboard and singing. He went on to play on both of the Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo albums and several compilation CDs. Neil started his own rockabilly band, Big Black Cadillac, in which he took centre stage as the lead vocalist. In 2007 Big Black Cadillac became Neil's musical priority and is performing regularly around Norfolk and beyond.

John Bates - Banjo & Vocals
John was with the band almost from the start in 2001 but left in 2008 after the arrival of child number 4 in th Bates clan and the launch of his brewery business; The Ole Slewfoot Brewery Company ! He still plays with The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo from time to time and has a few gigs lined up with us over the summer of 2009. He also plays for Haley Moyses and The Bluegrass Forum and occasionally with Pete Kiwi and his Skiffle Mob.

Jonny Griffiths - Fiddle & Vocals
Jonny was a founder member of the great swing and rock 'n' roll band of the 1980's; Harvey & The Wallbangers. He joined The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo in late 2008 and played some super high-engergy fiddle until he had to leave at the end of 2009 to start a college course at the UEA. We're sure he'll do very well and hope Jonny will find some time to join us for the odd (very odd) gig in the future.

Roger Reynolds - Washboard, Ukelele, Drums & Vocals
Roger joined The Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo in 2005 playing Ukelele. Previously Roger could be seen around the North Walsham and North Norfolk area playing in The Castaways band. Roger moved onto the drums in 2007 after Adam Kirlew left us to play more Rock 'n' Roll and when Daryl joined us in the summer of 2008, Roger moved to washboard as we no longer had a washboard player. Unfortunately Roger suffered badly from Tendonitis in the later part of 2009 and was forced to retire from Ugly Dog in summer 2010 as he found it too painful to play anymore. A much loved member of the band for 5 years and we will all miss him.

Clare Funnel - Fiddle & Vocals
Clare left in 2006 after the birth of her bambino to become a responsible mother. She has made a few appearances as circumstances permit and we hope she keeps coming back to skiffle it up whenever she can.

Judith Crass - Fiddle & Vocals
Judith played fiddle with us throughout 2008 but has cut back due to lack of time to fit everything in her busy schedule. She has assured the band that she will come and visit from time to time and hopefully bring her fiddle along.

Sol Philcox - Guitar & Vocals
We were sorry to see the departure of Sol Philcox at the end of 2008 after a year or two's service in the Ugly Dog Skiffle Combo. An extremely talented guitarist who has now emigrated to Nashville to make his name in the Country Music scene. Sol already has instructional DVDs released in America and can be found all over YouTube performing great guitar.
